Customer service is terrible. My boxes keep getting delayed and unfrozen when they arrive. Never dealt with a worse company. Don’t waste your money!

The meat is fantastic the choices are perfect....I have been using this service for over 2 years now and have never been disappointed the meat is always juicy I actually get compliments on the flavor and juiciness when I serve it. The NY Strips were amazing! Tender juicy and so flavorful! The 12oz ribeye was ok. A little tougher than the NYS. Good flavor though. The hamburger seemed a little chewy. But was ok. I haven’t tried anything else yet.

We have been ordering butcher box since 2020. We really like them, however, the quality of the meats lately have been dissapointing. Fast forward to Good chop- so far so good! The steaks are great and all of the other meats seem really fresh. I like how they are cheaper and I also like the promotion they had going which really gave me the push to try to get it. Honestly- I will be canceling my butcher box. Thanks!
