I started using good chop because I wanted some quality products. Which I got, but then they offered a Blackstone griddle after your third order as long as you ordered by November which I had done did everything I was supposed to. I called saying I never received an email about how to receive the griddle and they kept saying that they were going to send me an email to get the griddle. But they never did send it to me. Today I called them for the third time and then they told me I don’t qualify for it. It blatantly says on the advertisement that as long as you ordered your third box by November you would qualify. I’m four boxes in in August. That is false advertisement. As much as I like their meat, I don’t deal with liars and unethical marketing. So I am done.

Ilike the product very much. Tastes good, and seems to be good quality however, I really wish they had a good breakfast sausage as I use it a lot. A sausage with few ingredients that tastes great would make this an even better company.

Very pleased with my first order. After years of grocery store bought ground beef I had forgotten what good fresh ground beef tasted like. The steaks are excellent also. I am looking forward to getting some pork chops in my next order.

Horrific customer service. Delivered a box 3 days late and products spoiled. Confirmed they would replace & credit me for the next month after I fought to speak to someone beyond a robot.
Initial agent misinformed me then good job did nothing to resolve the situation of their own teams error. Agents sound like they’re reading scrips and resolved nothing. Going back to Omaha.
Good Chop had every opportunity to make it right and failed miserably

Firstly we have had two deliveries where there was NO dry ice present, fortunately the contents were okay.
Secondly while the quality of the meat is good, their customer non-service is atrocious. When calling New York, you're put through to an overseas call center (suspect Philippines) who are most unhelpful.
We have cancelled our account due to a billing issue Good Chop would not rectify.

I tried Good Chop and am so over the top with their service! How the meat was packed was fantastic! It was delivered to my house in 90+ degree weather. It sat in my porch for over 2 hours. I came home, opened it up and everything was fresh, cold and packaged nicely! The quality of the meat was excellent!

Beef and Scallops were very good. Disappointed with the pork chops which were packaged together and too much for 2 people. Why not wrap individually; after all, they were huge!

All these positive reviews are either BS or people who have no clue what quality beef looks like. The quality of their beef is substandard and the cuts are thin. You can do way better at Costco where you can buy prime meat. This is not a good deal nor is a good quality.
