Always great food, and will continue to feel that way if I receive everything in the next order, as the last one was missing items after a failed delivery. and not sure3 if with the next order I was credited with what did not come

Ordered first time canceled same day personal reason. I looked at my bank account they charged me for the order. I called them as soon as I seen my bank account was charged they denied it was charged. Then I tried to removed my payment card and they won't let me. I told them they have me on pause and they also called me a lair that it is deactivated. I will never order there. The first person I talked to hunk up on me. Poor customer service. I reported this to my bank.

I called customer service about the ice being melt when package arrived at our extremely hot location and they added extra ice and everything was completely frozen when it arrived. The quality of the meat and fish sticks, chicken nuggets and shrimp are outstanding. Personally I have never had such an amazing steak!! Thank you!!!!!
