Steaks are flavorful, love the chorizo, have not tried the pork yet. No shipping issues. Meat packing in vacuum packages help with freezer burn.

It was stated that Good Chop would send an email when it's time for your order to ship and you could make any changes. They do not do that. They just charge your card and they don't help you, especially Nthabiseng, the customer service rep. I have canceled the subscription.

We love the idea and we want to get it but one time the whole box was defrosted and not even close to cold. We were home when delivered too. Made no sense then the next week all of the chicken was in a chunk and it’s meant to cook a couple strips at a time. It was no good. I don’t want to call in weekly to complain so we cancelled it. Would need a better delivery option or company.
