I hesitated doing this debit thing but I pulled the plug and said let me hear more. Took a chance and they have settled all my accounts with over 40% savings on each one. I was misled by the agent that enrolled me in the program, Alex Carmona . I was informed that after 6 months of payments, my credit debt would be settled via a GRT loan payment that I would cover it. I would still have to pay GRT the agreed upon monthly payments but my debt would be settled and my credit score would improve after the initial drop due not paying or responding to ANY of my creditors' inquiries. After about 6 or 7 months of payments, I was offered the opportunity to cover the debt amount via a loan from Lending USA (partner of GRT Financial). I applied for the loan and was denied. I was surprised and SHOCK! I've continued to make all my payments as scheduled and yet my credit score continues to be "POOR". At the beginning of this process, my score was around 680. I was looking for way to consolidate debt but instead I was enrolled in a debt savings account program. I could have made the payments that I've been making to you guys to my creditors and suffered MUCH less damage to my credit score. I am EXTREMELY disappoint and would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy. And if I ever cross paths with Mr. Carmona in any professional capacity in the future, I will request to speak to his immediate supervisor and express my concerns regarding his trustworthiness and let them know of my experience with him. He is not to be trusted and by association nor would be the company that he works for. I've NEVER felt so conned. This is just the start. I was informed that agents would be working with my creditors to settle the debts via agreed upon settle amounts. To this date there are creditors for whom this HAS NOT BEEN DONE. I will never recommend nor do business with GRT again. Smh

What I was told about your company was not true from the beginning. Your representative said it was different from other debt consolidation companies. I found out it was the same. Yes, you settle the debt. However, there is a large amount charged for each settlement. She also stated that the payment would be reported as though I was paying it.

I was sued by one of the credit companies that I was paying GRT to handle and despite many attempts to contact them about the lawsuit I received no response. DO NOT use GRT!
Awful payment schedule...they make it very difficult to review, the retainer monthly is a joke..and really nothing goes towards principle balance .I believe this too be the worse ,your better off with consolidation ..
