Warranties are Worth it
It was only 2 months after we bought the home with the warranty that our AC unit went out. It was easy to start a claim and I got several text messages and calls with progress. They were all friendly and helpful with questions, and I had alot. This was my first experience with such a claim. They chose Cool Blew for repair. Cool Blew was great at knowledge and communication too. I would highly recommend 1) a home warranty, 2) getting it thru Super, 3) investing in the better warranty plan. We only paid a minimal co-pay and our AC is fixed. This warranty saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you Super!

Appliance technician Amye was excellent. She answered all my questions and explained the issue. Unfortunately the cost to replace the washer drain pump was outrageously expensive. Close to $600 on a 10 year old machine so we decided to look into purchasing a new one instead.
