We purchased an existing venue business on 7/1/26 and we have yet to be able to use Honeybook to create invoices and get paid. The assistance we have received seems to be automated. I did a webinar since I am new to the platform and was able to Zoom with an actual team member who assured it would be taken care of. You would think if you are trying to encourage a new member to use the program you would offer assistance at least via phone.
This is not the welcome we want for a new member and we're truly sorry. Being this far in without being able to get paid is a real problem that should have been resolved weeks ago. A member of our team will be reaching out directly to make sure this gets fixed 💛

I do 1:1 work and projects for clients which means I need to have a scheduler for booking sessions and a way to send proposals and collect payment. I’ve tried so many different platforms: Calendly, Kajabi, Staori, OpenSign, but none of them compare to what HoneyBook offers! Not only is it aesthetically appealing (so many options to customize with your branding) but it’s intuitive to use and has allowed me to automate all my follow ups and email templates with clients saving me so much time! My only regret is not switching to HoneyBook sooner!

I really love this all in one CRM- with automations, I have my personal time back. It’s easy to use, my clientele also enjoys how streamlined everything is and of course the personalization and customization of it all is really great and makes me feel like my brand stands out.
