It is such an easy way to keep track of the flow of my business and the automated features save me an entire employee! I can’t say enough about the functionality and flexibility! Setting it up was the only hard part, but I really loved the videos and the community to help that process along! Well, worth the money and the initial set up time in the end! For reference, I do quilting services and create memory products. It really helps me organize my work and streamlines customers in and along the process.

I’ve had HoneyBook for years and I’ve never once had an issue. There’s always someone I can contact for help and I’ll hear back promptly. Their use of AI is amazing and actually helpful not just added technology for the sake of technology. Everything is so seamless and makes my business look so elevated for my clients. All in all an amazing service I always recommend to my mentees.

Honeybook is a buggy, sticky program, with a lot of downsides for Canadian customers.
Honeybook is a buggy, sticky program, with a lot of downsides for Canadian customers, high fees (both the subscription and credit card fees, and you aren't able to opt of of accepting credit cards). Lots of weird AI implemented as well that no one asked for. The app is awful as well, I only use it on desktop. I can't wait to switch.

I’ve used Honeybook for many years and have loved working with them and using their platform! They’ve always been open to new ideas and suggestions and help when there’s bugs (which are bound to happen). Honeybook has made contracts/paperwork/organization much easier and is well worth the money. We can send a contract in minutes, collect signatures directly from our forms and even collect payments.
There is quite a lot of initial set up to be able to take advantage of the tools. Be prepared to research contracts, create forms, and learn your way around the app. The time put in will save you hours moving forward.

I have been using HoneyBook since 2021 and I don't think I will ever leave. The automations save my life! As a wedding photographer using honeybook has been a lifesaver to keep all my contracts in one place, all my projects in one place and it keeps me well organized. I love how I can customize with using my brand logo and colors. I will give them 5 stars because they always have been so helpful over chats if I needed help but the only thing I will say, is the invoice system is expensive so that is the one thing I do not use from them. Everything else they offer I do use and it has helped me and my business grow and stay organized.

My experience with HoneyBook has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant harm to my business.
After using the platform, my funds were suddenly placed on hold. I submitted the documents they requested and waited for updates, but instead of receiving clear communication, I was informed that my account had been permanently deactivated due to “suspicious activity.” No specific explanation was ever provided.
To make matters worse, any pending client payments were refunded, disrupting my business and damaging relationships with my customers. I repeatedly asked for clarification about what triggered this decision, but I was only given generic responses stating that they could not discuss their investigation and that the decision would not be reconsidered.
As a legitimate small business owner, this experience has been devastating. Having a company hold your money, shut down your account, and refuse to explain what happened leaves you feeling powerless. Businesses deserve transparency, fair treatment, and an opportunity to address any concerns before such serious actions are taken.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HoneyBook. If you rely on your payment processor to operate your business, be aware that your account could be deactivated without a clear explanation, leaving you scrambling to recover. I hope HoneyBook improves its communication and gives business owners more transparency and due process in situations like mine.

After 6 years of usage, I’ve decided to leave a review. Honeybook is a wonderful project management system, especially if you’re in the event & hospitality industry. It may take you a while to master, but this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business.

I've used Honeybook for 6 years and until about 2 years ago, I recommended it to any other photographer.
Not only have they jacked up the prices to over $60 a month, they also have the highest credit card processing rate out of any of the other CRM.
Now they are adding more and more greedy, broken, ridiculous features like automatically adding tip reminders to every invoice by default so that I have to go through and cancel it on 12 invoices. Not only is Honeybook getting more expensive, it's also getting harder to use and I have to refresh the page three times to get it to load on my desktop every time I pull up the page. I'm so furious that I've wasted so much time and money on Honeybook. Now I'm going to spend more time and money to migrate elsewhere to not deal with their bs
