HoneyBook allows me to grow my photography business effectively without me needing to be overly organized or do it all myself. The automations available within this CRM are a game changer. The other day a new client inquired about my services, viewed my pricing guide that was emailed to her, and booked a consultation all without me having to lift a finger. Seriously - I was getting ready for my day and saw I had a new meeting scheduled. It was awesome.
I did need help setting up the automations initially and HoneyBook's customer service was extremely helpful. I was able to tell them what I was wanting the automation to do and they helped set it up for me.
I also appreciate that they are constantly rolling out new features and they are open to suggestions from their clients. It feels like we're all building this platform together.

I've been with HoneyBook since the beginning and I've witnessed consistent growth of the platform and commitment to users throughout. I love the sleek, professional design components; ability to keep everything in one central location; ease of communication with support staff if needed; and ease of use for my clients. There are some small items I'd like to be able to have more control over to personalize my experience more and some features I'd love to see in the future. Their pricing structure is above that of their competitors but the value, service, options, and professionalism makes it a valuable tool to have in my arsenal.

I have been with HoneyBook for 6 years. I own a catering and charcuterie business. Recently they decided to changes…or upgrades as they call them.
I had entered all of my services in and they erase all and put bits and pieces of services that I offer…so basically I have to go in and recreate all of my services again. There was not one email to let us know of any updates.
This is one of the many things that have happened but this one was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
If you have a customer that claims fraud…they immediately take the money out of your account instead of asking questions(3 times this has happened)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I liked Honeybook more in the first two years I worked with them than the subsequent two. Recently their prices have been raised significantly, and their redesign and "smart files" are anything but smart, making tasks that were previously a cinch quite frustrating and time consuming.

As a Wedding Planner using HB for 6 years I will be honest I became quite frustrated for a bit with its cost vs Capabilities. However since 2026 the updates have made HB a Real Tool I am not sure I can go without. linking google drive and attachments and note taker is a game changer. works great with integrating my systems with Google
