HotFlightDeals made me lost $1600
It’s the same issue this company hasn’t responded to me yet, they haven’t solved it either. It seems they just ignored it and want to let it get over. But I lost over $1600 (see my previous review) and whom should I talk to about this? It’s almost a year, and they should take it seriously!

No flight tickets at the airport
Cheap Flight Service No flight tickets at the airport! I had a confirmation # and official looking flight booking itinerary but there are not any tickets purchased per United Airlines for me and the confirmation # was not valid. I called the customer Service # and it was unavailable for 24 hrs and no answer after that!. I have called and emailed multiple times but have not received a response or a return call. No help, no response. No refund either as you can not cancel. This company is a SCAM!!!

These people lied on December 23 i had a flight for my bf and when my bf got to the airport the tickets didn’t exist so my bf was stranded for a while then i had to buy new tickets and spend $500 i had called and asked for a refund they said they would call they haven’t called me back. Give me my money back. that’s all i ask.

This company is a scam company
On 12/24/24 I bought 2 air tickets online via Robbin Smith, Booking reference: C85M12, who was working for HotflightDeals.com (844-834-0044), paid $400,for a travel from Boston to Los Angeles on 2/22/25. On 1/20/25, Robbin called me that my flight was all set with American Airline, I even chose my seats. On 2/22/25 when we travel, the airline told us that my agent only booked my tickets, but hadn't paid yet, and I have to pay $1623.92 to fly, which I did, after I called the agent without any results. Then I have been contacting Hot Flight Deals since, and I was told they were dealing with the airline to refund me, only on 2/27/25 their supervisor Patrick Hall promised me to refund my $400, and the airline will credit my $1623.92 that I can used for future travel, which I accepted, but nothing has happened up to date. I called them many times and they were not going to solve the problem, it seems!
