My weekend came very fast and it was beautiful when I took it out of the box very soft very manageable. Once I washed it and let it dry naturally put some conditioner on it. It’s very very nice work very satisfied.

I am a long time idefine wig customer with no issues. My most recent purchase however has knocked all good reviews out the window! The smell of this most recent wig is atrocious!! I could smell it before I got it fully out of the bag. I have washed and soaked this wig over 3 days and while it’s better, it still stinks and I’m done.

This seems to be the first wig that actually looks like my original hair style before losing my hair. I’m excited to hopefully FINALLY have found the perfect wig. I will definitely post once I receive it!!!

Do NOT order from this company! They sent me the wrong wig twice and never sent me the right one and on top of that only gave me 40%off the second wrong wig and told me I would have to pay shipping to send it back! So I’m stuck with two ugly wigs!
The reason I gave a 4 star is because…the last time I ordered your company sent me a curly twist which the hair texture was heavy and wrong color so I will try and dye it and only wear in the winter.
I just hope this time they send what I ask for. I really would like to see more brown hair and also a light weight boho braid 6” or 8” brown … In the meantime keep up the great work!!!

Poor Customer Service
The ordering experience was great, however I first called Customer Service, no representative available at the time. I then e-mailed three times to get my shipping address updated. I have heard NOTHING!!!This is unacceptable, poor customer service. I love the wig and really want it, but customer service needs to do better. This will be my first and last order.
