Order#000293304. I purchased two wigs from this company, and it took more than two weeks for them to arrive. When I finally opened the package, both wigs had a very strong, unpleasant odor that smelled like fish. The smell was so bad that I couldn't even bring myself to try them on. This was extremely disappointing, especially after the long wait. I will be returning both wigs and expect a full refund. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

The wigs I ordered were not the wigs I received. They tried to get me to keep the horrible wigs but I insisted on returning them to China and it did not matter the cost. I want a complete refund of $228.74. This company is a ripoff. Do not order from them, I repeat do not order from I define. The wig arrived completely different than what the photo showed online. The straps to tighten in the back, the holes to hook the strap to, were seen shut from the top so you have to twist the strap to get it in the bottom if the hole and then it slides out. The hair is severely damaged on the ends. Advertised as 100% virgin hair but it's not virgin hair if you dye it. I sent photos along with my order number to have it returned. They replied but now says they need verification i haven't cut the lace. I've already sent them photos. I can't reply with the same photos because they blocked photos from being sent.

I’ve purchased maybe 4-5 wigs from them and I truly believe they are making some of the wigs based off a picture b/c items come looking completely off. Order a brown lace front with waves you get a brown lace front all the correct selections but with curls. They will offer a discount but for unique looks you will get something different and have to get a stylist. From that perspective more money needs to be spent making it frustrating.
