This is my first time ordering a wig at all. I liked the wig I picked. It was easy to order. Beyond that I have to wait to get the wig, to decide whether or not I am satisfied and will order again.

I hate that the price changes as the choices are identified from $99 to $139. This is ridiculous. If th wig cost $99 final price should be $99, if it cost $139 the customer should be prepared that the final price is $139 without bonus reductions.

Terrible customer service! Don't honor return policy Spent close to $200 on a wig and when I asked to return it due to a horrible smell, they told me to just wash it and let it air dry for a few days. WHAT? Also the unit I ordered LOOKED NOTHING like the photo in both style and color. The icing on the cake is that I am a loyal customer w more than 3 other satisfied purchases and positive reviews YET THEY STILL WONT REFUND MY $$$. I even offered to PAY RETURN SHIPPING. NOPE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do NOT RECOMMEND. Never buying from them again.

I am a first time customer and will never make another purchase. This company has a return policy that they will never honor. Instead, they use a tactic to wear you down by asking for photos and additional reasons for the return. It's hard for me to believe their 5-star reviews are legitimate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a wig for a special event. I received the wrong wig. I'll have to make do with this wig. I don't like it but it will have to do. We need to make this purchase right. I didn't spend that money to receive the wrong wig.
