I have had many deliveries from Intelcom over the years and today was the first time a delivery driver actually put my packages in my mailbox. Very young man that finally showed some respect for other people's belongings.

They delivered my package quickly even though they were delayed a few hours. What I don't like is that you cannot choose a day for delivery it is chosen for you and I'm not always home on those days. I'm also not sure if they will dial my apartment number so I always wait downstairs in my building. What I did like was that I could call them and find out where my package was in the queue so that I didn't have to wait around for hours. I called four times and three of the agents I spoke to gave correct information. Only one of them was not so competent but they were all very nice and polite.

I wasn't present at work today. The carrier left the package next to my office door as I instructed. When I called him on the phone, he was very pleasant in answering my questions.
