Customers frequently share that packages arrive promptly and in wonderful condition, while actively praising drivers for being exceptionally polite, friendly, and consistently helpful during visits. People really appreciate receiving clear tracking notifications and enjoying the overall reliable service provided throughout the entire delivery process from start to finish. However, some people mentioned that specific delivery instructions were frequently ignored, leading to shipments experiencing frustrating multi-day delivery delays.
