What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently share that packages arrive promptly and in wonderful condition, while actively praising drivers for being exceptionally polite, friendly, and consistently helpful during visits. People really appreciate receiving clear tracking notifications and enjoying the overall reliable service provided throughout the entire delivery process from start to finish. However, some people mentioned that specific delivery instructions were frequently ignored, leading to shipments experiencing frustrating multi-day delivery delays. Consumers also noted unfortunate instances of false delivery attempts where drivers reported fake issues without actually attempting any real contact.

What people say

Surprise, surprise, delayed delivery.

Package was supposed to be delivered today, instead it’s delayed a full week. We have never had a good experience with this company, customer service reps are rude and ignorant, when packages finally arrive, they’re always damaged. Not sure why anyone company continues to use this courier service. I cannot say enough bad things about their service.

Worst Intelcom dragnfly

I applied for the Package Handler position in Saskatoon and attended an interview. During the interview, I was informed that I had passed and would receive confirmation, paperwork, and shift information by email. After waiting for more than a week and sending multiple follow-up emails, I received no response or update. The lack of communication was extremely disappointing. If there is a delay or change in hiring plans, candidates deserve a clear update rather than being left waiting without any information. My experience with the hiring process for the Package Handler position in Saskatoon was frustrating due to the lack of communication after being told I had passed the interview.

Hands down the worst shipping company…

Hands down the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. Every single package I’ve had shipped through them, has never been delivered on the dates I’m given and their drivers are extremely disrespectful of our items and property. I’ve also received unsolicited text messages from their drivers begging for 5 star reviews which is a breach of customer privacy. My phone number is not there for them to solicit me, it’s for contacting me in the event of something gone wrong. Extremely unprofessional company and one of the worst shipping companies in Canada. I hate that Amazon uses them and cringe every time I see something is being delivered by them because I know it won’t be delivered on the date I was shows and will be thrown at my door from the end of the driveway. Just an all around garbage company
