If I could give 0 stars i would. This is the worst delivery company in the world. Their courrier never ring, never knock, hang the package to anybody, leave the package in unsafe place and STEAL package. This company gotta go. There is no way amazon still think it was a good idea doing business with them. We are up to 3 package IN A ROW that I didnt receive from them , at some point a refund doesnt replace the fact that i need the item in the moment. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER and again, im kind.

My street is under major construction! As of today, a vehicle is unable to drive down my street. I called Intelcom to try and change the delivery address for my delivery. I was watching the excavator through my window, then a man (delivery man is named Mickey), handed my silver bagged order to the construction man in my driveway, whom then placed the package at my door. The week prior, when vehicles could still get to my front door, even walking down the street was not an issue, these two couriers marked as delivery was attempted and the will try and deliver again. They did not even get out of their truck. The driver for Intel com, named Micky, went the extra mile and walked through mud to deliver my package! Micky is an awesome employee and deserves two thumbs up 👍👌 👍. Thank-you Micky for taking the time to walk down through the mud to deliver my package!
