This is now the fourth time Intelcom has marked one of my packages as “delivered” when it was not.
Each time:
* The tracking says the package was delivered.
* No delivery photo is provided.
* My doorbell cameras show that no driver ever came to my house.
* I end up wasting my time trying to locate a package that was never delivered.
To make matters worse, customer service is almost impossible to reach. The phone wait time is well over an hour, which is completely unacceptable when you’re trying to report a missing package.

The worst delivery company EVER !!! 2 days ago they failed to deliver my package because they damaged the item and today they failed to deliver bc they said they "tried " to deliver but couldn't .WTF ??? What do you mean you couldn't !!?? I was home all day and nobody came. No knock on the door, no ring no text. Ordering from Amazon has become a true nightmare bc of Intelcom's incompetence

I wish i could give them 0 star, absolutely the worst transportation company ever. They don't follow delivery instructions and keep trying to deliver at a commercial address past the closing time days after days until the package is sent back to the sender. horrible horrible company

So many lies- does Trump own Intelcom?
Intelcom tracking showed they had 3 of my Amazon packages out for delivery this morning. Then, they sent an email falsely claiming that there was no one home and my property was inaccessible (completely untrue). Customer service is never helpful because they are trained only to apologise and say they will try again tomorrow. I do not understand how Amazon accepts this behaviour from a company that is making millions from their delivery contract and then randomly decides whether or not to deliver something that is actually on a vehicle for delivery that day. This is a completely unacceptable behaviour from a contractor and reflects also on Amazon’s disrespect for it’s customers and highly touted “next day” delivery promise. I realise I have no recourse but to accept this abuse from both Amazon and Intelcom/dragonfly.

Be careful on this company. Watch out for their modus. They will deliver your package in a different building, place or street. If the person didnt take the package. There will be another person will take your package. They think building dont have camera. Your drivers a getting exposed. Stay alert out there
