unreliable and inconsistent service

I live in a rural area of northern Alberta . Often packages ordered online through Amazon or other retailers are shipped using Intelcom/Dragonfly. Until recently they did not deliver to rural addresses - understandable. They have begin doing so within the last 2 weeks. Last week I received packages at my rural property - quite surprisingly. Recent orders from Amazon were deemed to be "undeliverable" although it was the exact same address as packages that had been delivered prior. I called Intelcom 2 days ago and was advised that the items would be delivered the following business day. It is now two business days later and I have discovered that Intelcom has deemed the packages to be "undelivereable" and have returned them to the vendor. Service is very inconsistent and unreliable. I also have first hand knowledge of packages being delivered by Intelcom to family and friends in my nearby town, that are delivered to an entirely different residential address than what is noted on the shipping label. Avoid Intelcom/Dragonfly at every opportunity.

This is my first time using this…

This is my first time using this telecom delivery service and it has been very disappointing. I have been waiting for my parcel from Ontario for three days. Customer service is very hard to reach, with long wait times and no proper response. The delivery was marked unsuccessful, but I was not contacted by the driver at all—no call, no text, nothing. I was told my number would be added so the driver could reach me, but that did not happen. Very poor communication and service overall. I hope this is improved in the future.

Am not happy with what just happened…

Am not happy with what just happened today, coming back from work i found a note that I store a package. OUSSAMA delivered my package and took a photo while I held the box, I got my orders BUT HE SENT MY PHOTO AS A PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THE OTHER BUILDING, while that person is missinghis package. Thats unprofessional of him. How can he do such a mistake. I look bad now. This need to be cleared up.

Had 3 packages picked up by Intelcom but only 2 made it to there warehouse and now I can’t even get my money back even though I have a tracking number company just gives you the run around it’s been over a month and still nothing from them be careful if you use them to send any thing back it might never arrive
