What people say

Great Auction website

It’s great to have so many auction companies under one roof. What a variety from around the world! The whole setup for viewing catalogs, bidding, notifications, saving items, paying for and mailing items is very efficient. Not all the auction houses run the same but they all communicate in writing how they do business. When I get a text, email or talk on the phone, employees of the individual auctions have been straightforward & friendly.

Slow bidding approval resulting in loss…

Slow bidding approval resulting in loss of purchases/bidding after due diligence and poor coordination with auction houses for purchased pieces so not on dashboard requiring auction house coordination and poor dashboard record

I can no longer bid using Google Chrome (my default browser). I'm being cutoff for some security BS by CloudFlare. Yours is the ONLY website out of many using CloudFlare where this happens. I've reported it twice and nothing happened. I never got a response to the reports. Your support is miserable. Other auction platforms, including ones using CloudFlare don't have this issue. In order to bid on your auctions I have to open an alternative browser. Since Chrome is my default browser, that means I have to click on your link, get the error/security message, then copy the link and open it in the other browser (DuckDuckGo, or Brave). This is BS. Most times I decide it's not worth the effort and I just abandon bidding.

I am usually very pleased with my experiences with Invaluable but the last auction I won was with Embassy Auctions and I was not pleased with the payment options. No credit card payments!? My Bank of America account info was requested and then denied? I could only pay by wire transfer? Or Zelle which I finally used. What's next "Sorry we only accept Bitcoin". Money sent and received but still no confirmation. Not sure that I haven't been scammed.

Needs search and sort improvements

Good site, in need of improvements. Search method and engine clunky when searching auction houses for upcoming auctions. Current auction page is much too busy and unintuitive. My Saved Lots pages need sorting by persistence independently on each tab rather than current persistence across tabs. The current method is clumsy and frustrating. If I sort by starting soonest in current tab, when I return that sort should remain. Past tab should be persisent on Starting Lastest for fast and immediate results of most recent auction results.
