I have been charged multiple time for $30+ every month after sending email after email stating to them that I want to cancel this so called subscription bjt it will not let me. Had to pay to get the results and then signed up for a subscription that I then cannot cancel. Customer service form doesn’t work and contact email doesn’t exist so cannot contact to cancel.AVOID.

This is a scam website if ever there was one - once you pay your initial $1, there is a hidden subscription that deducts from your account every month thereafter.. A really sneaky, underhand way to do business. I would urge everyone not to use this service.

I clicked on their website that specifically said 'Free IQ test with Free results' because I did NOT want to pay. Completed the test and was immediately directed to a pay wall where I had to enter my card details to get my results. Did not pay and this is false advertising.
Before responding, please do not pretend this is a matter of point of view. By stating 'Free IQ test with Free Results' online, you are falsely advertising free results which you are not providing. Please amend this immediately.
