I do not recommend working for them. They are sting. No raise since 2022. I deleted my account with them in Jan 2026. They also cheat you in mileage reimbursement they don't pay the federal rate for mileage!!!! Avoid this sinking company like the plague!

I was suspended from accepting Clients without any contact from the company prior notification. I have worked for them from the beginning. I have reached out to Poppa through emails and calls with the same response. " Under Investigation" There is no one to talk to. I still don't know WHY!!!!! This is so unfair that I can't work for reasons unknown since December 12th If there is someone from Poppa reading this please help me resolve. I have had the same Clients I have had for over one year.
The PAPA program is a great program for those in need. The app is easy to use and a great way this make some money while helping people!

Absolutely love being a Papa Pal. You learn so much from these seasoned Papa Members. We help each other. I’ve been beyond Blessed doing this job. I Love the Bonuses. It’s a job that every Honest person should do. You definitely sow and reap a harvest. I love that 97% of my Members were Christian. I never went without support, love, or prayer. It’s a very rewarding job and you feel so appreciated. I don’t care that they took away transport pay going to the Members house or that you have to put in reimbursement for tunnel fees. I wish this was a job with benefits and raises, so that I didn’t have to look for another job and/or if they provided work vehicles for their Committed Employees.

The experience was good, because the app was easy to follow for the most part. I did have a client cancel as I was getting off the freeway, but I haven’t been able to close the visit on my end.

Please do your due diligence, if you decide to bring these people in your home. Please don’t ever leave your love one unattended, have security in place, to record interactions in the home.
I had a scheduled procedure I was taken left at hospital but I was also promised a ride back home either by Papa pal or they would send an Uber to get me. Upon discharge I was informed I had no ride abd nothing could be done.

When I first started Pap Pal , I felt fulfilled when assisting those in need . Papa Pal is turning into a cleaning agency for people who can still clean themselves. $18/hr just isn't worth it for a cleaning job - it's exploitation. This is a problem for those of us who genuinely want to help the elderly and needy, but are being taken advantage of by those who can still do things for themselves and are using Papa Pal to clean huge homes. They’re booking papa pals for deep cleaning. The misuse of this service is concerning. This is a growing problem that needs attention before another lawsuit occurs .
Papa Pal is doing an excellent job creating meaningful connections between Pals and the seniors they serve. The communication, guidance, and support made my first experience smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out to me is the heart behind the company — it’s not just about tasks, it’s about dignity, companionship, and truly helping people who are often overlooked. That made my experience feel purposeful and rewarding.

Knowing and helping people with different tasks, companionship, or transportation is flexible and work at your own pace. The company won with the job being flexible for others, so they can care for their love ones and family in spare time. They are extremely strict with safety rules for yourself and clients. Today was my first day and it wasn’t bad at all. Just be mindful of the tasks and be prepared. I would recommend anyone looking to make extra income and love helping people is why I became a Papa Pal.
