They were quickly responsive and courteous. Unfortunately new replacement lens sent did not fit the new frames so they are completely remaking the glasses with progressive lens instead. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I received glasses I didn't order. Wrong style Wrong color. No paperwork in the box, so I wouldn't know how to return them. They were advertised on my Facebook page, I'm surprised Facebook allows a scam company to advertise there

When my original package wasn’t delivered, they immediately sent me another one without any hassle. The glasses are not usable. They are progressive lenses and maybe the style chosen does not allow for adequate focus of the reading portion. I have to hold my head in a very unnatural position to read. The glasses came with no packing slip, and no apparent way to contact the company to resolve.
They sold me a pair of glasses that are too small for my head and prescription was wrong. Then when I asked to have them replaced they told me if I kept them they would give me 30% off my next order which is no good if the first pair isn't right. Why would I think the next one would be so I asked for a refund. They told me to ship them back but I had to pay for shipping which is all the way back to China costing 70% of what the glasses cost . Slow to respond a hassle to deal with. I do not recommend them to anyone on the planet that doesn't live in China. You will pay so much in shipping to return your glasses and wait forever for a refund you won't want to buy online again.
I liked the shades I bought very nice looking on me i get compliments,what is don't like i take several weeks to arrive i ordered in March didn't receive till may close to June, and the arms are already loose i would buy more but it will probably be winter before they arrive, will be loose after a few wears
Ordered a pair of glasses using the same script as my optician and Warby Parker. The Jollynova pair does not match the glasses from those scripts and is unusable to me. Customer service told me that my script was wrong, go get a new script and they would give me a 3% discount on a new pair. They did show me a pair of glasses being calibrated on a machine next to an Rx in chinese script that I assume is proof that the glasses arent the problem?
Order JS12174705 - I love the frame selection and the website has been set up really well to make the buying experience a good one. This includes the lens selection and communication by the customer as the order was being processed. However, I believe the 'process controls' are not adequately in place for prescription/progressive lens portion of the business. More specifically, I noticed I got a little dizzy when I first put them on. Further examination revealed the right and left lenses did not match; the progressive - near, intermediate and distance focal points on the right lens was almost a centimeter higher than the left lens. I had hoped to purchase a second pair, but at this point I am unable to recommend ‘jolly nova’ to friends and family. Thank you.
After some communication with Jolly Nova they have been very gracious and are now refunding me the price of a pair of eyeglass frames that my eye doctor’s lab were unable to put my prescription into. I had previously given them just one star but I’m happy to say that they are not out to take money from those of us who don’t have it to throw away. THANK YOU JOLLY NOVA, you really are are reputable company. I only wish the frames would have worked for me…best lightweight frames I’ve ever seen. Lupe B.
Bought some frames which I really like because they’re the lightest frames I’ve ever bought. But when I submitted them to my eye doctor to fill my prescription, their lab said they couldn’t use the frame. I contacted Jolly Nova for a refund which would be very expensive to do so because they said I would have to return to China. That’s not easy for me since I’m retired on a fixed income.
Placed an order. Card charged. No invoice. Or order info given. Tried the website . Sent to another website to verify im not a robot. Sent me in circles. Could not get any contact. The site they sent me to was a known scam site. Had to cancel all cards. It will still post. Have to dispute afterwards. This site is a doorway for hacking and scams

I ordered two pairs of magnifying glasses or I guess you could call them very strong readers due to being visually impaired, and the product that I received is complete junk the piece that sits on your nose is hanging by some tiny little piece of wire that every time you push it on your nose it bends every time you clean the glasses it completely bends to the other side of the glasses these are the lowest quality pieces of junk how they can justify charging what they did for these things is beyond comprehension and how this place is still in business is beyond comprehension being that I have now done my due diligence and looked at all of the reviews which I should have done before hand. It’s not worth my time to even reach out to the company, but hopefully my review will save someone else for making the same mistake. I genuinely hope that no one buys anything from this company. I can get better quality glasses at the Dollar General.
