Lemonade Pet Insurance is fantastic
Lemonade Pet Insurance is fantastic. My dog's ER claim was so easy. I just uploaded the vet bill and records, answered a few questions online, and got reimbursed within hours. No phone calls, no hassle. Super convenient. Heard they do home and auto too and I'm definitely thinking of switching after this experience. 10/10 recommend

First Year Experience
It can be frustrating when a claim isn’t approved, but I will say 90% of the claims I’ve submitted have been approved. The agents who’ve helped me are always well-spoken, knowledgeable, and kind. My claims are processed quickly - if not instantly - and I receive my refund within a few days. I feel comfortable taking my dog in for various treatments because of Lemonade’s easy-to-understand claims process. The add-ons are definitely worth it just because I never know what my dog is going to need, and it’s already saved me a ton of money by being proactive with my coverage.

Lemonade does not insure and uses the same mainstream insurance companies to get you a quote. I am speaking to rhe auto insurance line here. They are like a broker for the auto insurance companies. There are still the same rates you could receive directly with the insurance company itself. No such $30 rate is available. Thumbs down for misleading.

Hated having to make this small claim but I guess thats what its for. Accidentally had my nice Sony record player damaged and Lemonade were supportive all the way through the process. Was payed out within a week. Easy and no stress at all.

New Experience with Pet Insurance
I had been with a corporate Veterinarian because of the insurance they offered, however the care declined and I searched and found a wonderful privately owned Veterinarian and had to select a private insurance company. They praised Lemonade as did my good friend. I submitted my first claim and it was fully paid withing 24 hours, which was such a relief. My second visit which was for my puppy's tooth cleaning is still pending, but I have confidence that they will cover it fairly. So far, I highly recommend Lemonade Pet Insurance.
