Lemonade is exceptional pet insurance. The claims submitting process is so easy and very user friendly. They are lightning fast with processing claims. For routine vet care claims it is processed and approved in seconds and funds transferred directly into my bank account. I have nothing but praise for Lemonade.

I sent the invoice in for my dogs well visit. I was told a week to 10 days till the money would be in my bank. Within 2 days the money was in my bank. Awesome turnover time. Easy to fill out the form to apply for the claim.

I had an unfortunate disease diagnosis…

I had an unfortunate disease diagnosis in one of my furry friends that has been covered, but less than a couple years. The claim process was pretty painless and response was quick. I had several claims all related to the same illness and it was not difficult. Based on this I'm going to probably keep Lemonade in mind for future insurance needs.

They threatened my credit. I canceled my pet insurance twice, then still had to pay $212

Update. Now they contact me, and say I was incorrect. I canceled my pet insurance twice. TWO different time!.Because when i called they said over the phone it had been canceled, then I kept getting bills. Theres no way to just cancel online.(does that not seem shady?) So I called and canceled again. And then a few months later they asked me to pay $212. So I never paid it until they threatened to file this $212 on my credit. They even noted that it will affect me when buying a car, mortgage, etc. If i didnt pay. WTH. I never claimed a single thing on the insurance either. Not even a check up with my dog. INCOMPETENT SKUM OF THE EARTH!

Super easy and quick process

My cat had an emergency visit followed by multiple follow ups post emergency visit and all claims were handled in under 1 minute. This was super helpful especially because finances should be the last worry when it comes to making sure your pet is ok. The refund came in fairly quickly as well. Will definitely be keeping this insurance for the long run!
