I’m incredibly impressed with the ease and SPEED of getting reimbursed through Lemonade’s pet insurance. I have coverage for illness and injury. After a sick vet visit for my pup, I submitted my claim when I got back to the parking lot. Within 4 hours, my reimbursement was on its way!

You can't reach a person to talk with. I had a claim they said they paid, but could never find where it went?? I requested a call back but couldn't get anyone to contact me. Instead I was referred by chat to call the 844-733-8666 and no one answered the line with several trys and over 30m waiting. So I cancelled all 3 policies.

We had to use them for the first time after one of our kittens got sick. We submitted the paperwork and had our claim completed within 24 hours. Everything was explained and there was 0 hassle which is less to worry about when your already worried about your pet. Its insurance that is worth the money and knowing we don't have to freak out if we have to take furry kid to the vet and decide if we can afford what they need.

Very Happy with Lemonade Pet Health Insurance!
We were very pleased to learn that our Lemonade policy covered $422 of our $635 vet bill for our dog’s recent annual check up, vaccines and preventative medicine. We had a different pet health insurance policy before Lemonade and it never covered anything.

The review time is way too long
The review time is way too long. I presented paperwork for them as submitted my claim. It's been well over two weeks and still have heard a thing. Is this real insurance?

I recently filed a claim for my dog's illness, and overall I had a great experience. The only downside was that claims can only be submitted through the app, and I had to manually enter each item from the veterinary invoice line by line, which was a bit time-consuming. Other than that, the process was straightforward, and my claim was reviewed quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to have my reimbursement deposited into my bank account within 1–2 days. Worst customer service
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The company made a billing error and attempted to overcharge me by more than $400. Customer service acknowledged that the mistake was on their end and assured me it would be corrected within a few days. It has now been a month, and I continue to receive the same incorrect $400 bill. I have contacted them five separate times and spoken with five different representatives. Every representative confirms that the charge is incorrect and says a request has been submitted to fix it, yet nothing has been resolved. Meanwhile, they continue demanding payment and threatening to terminate my policy over an overcharge they have already admitted was their mistake. This is completely unacceptable. It is the worst insurance company and customer service experience I have ever had.
