Not only are the cards cute and well made but the customer service is exemplary. I thought my order had gotten lost and contacted them about it. I had chosen the cheaper shipping option so did not have a tracking number. They responded almost immediately and gave me several options, including resending the cards or getting refunded (even though it wasn’t their fault). Above average support and response time. Highly recommend.

Celine made the whole experience simply wonderful. The unfortunate loss of use of my previous long time email and inability to resolve it as well as not being able to connect history under the new email with some websites and companies is very stressful. Not so with Love Pop! I sent a note last night and today got one back saying my account was updated and history connected.
I have always received thoughtful and kind and exceptional Customer Support today was just the latest example. Great people and Great products and help when you require it!
