People also noted that trying to opt out or remove personal information from the platform is nearly impossible, as removal forms constantly fail and links do not work.
However, some customers also noted that customer support completely ignores inquiries, leaving paying users entirely without any assistance or answers. Reviewers additionally complained that all attempts to reach out to the organization for help regarding their accounts go completely unanswered and unresolved.

If you're seeking a partner to help…Steer clear of Lusha
If you're seeking a partner to help with your online marketing tools, I would steer clear from Lusha. They may have your money, but they wont necessarily provide you with a service. They have hundreds of pounds of my money for 5 months and I have not received any service at all. On top of this, they don't want to help in resolving the issue or giving me my money back. So, if you're considering how to best invest, look elsewhere, you'll thank me for it later.
Lusha does not respect data privacy or your "Opt-Out" requests. I have never authorized Lusha to hold, share, or sell my personal data. Despite this, they have acquired my personal emails and phone number without my consent. Over the past months, I have been bombarded with spam calls, only to find out recently from a recruiter that all my private information is still sitting on Lusha’s platform.
Their official removal form is a dead end and does not function. I received an email from Lusha claiming my data was deleted. A recruiter confirmed a month later that my full profile is still active.
They are completely unresponsive on social media (X)
It is appalling that they are harvesting personal emails and numbers and then ignoring legal requests to remove them. Lusha, remove my data immediately and permanently.
They are scammers, once you ask for more credit x 1 month they upgrade your plan +400% and then say "if you want to downgrade you need to cancel your plan and pay 3 times the price"
Spammers who 'talk up' GDPR on www, but clearly do not understand it. Now will have to spend lots of time sorting out issues resulting from their 'legitimate' data haul
This company have absolutely ruined my email inbox by selling my personal data - when complaining they had the cheek to add me to their mailing list. I am reporting you for GDPR breaches, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
Formal Notice - Billing Dispute and Refund Request
My company was charged BRL 5,043 on January 14, 2026 for an automatic annual renewal of a Lusha subscription.
After noticing the charge, I immediately tried to contact Lusha through their official support email and website chat to request cancellation and a refund. Unfortunately, I received no response at all.
For a company that charges thousands of reais for a SaaS subscription, the lack of customer support is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
At this point, I have no other option but to escalate the situation. If the company does not respond soon, I will proceed with a formal chargeback through my credit card provider and report this issue on consumer protection platforms.
I would still prefer to resolve this matter directly with Lusha, but that requires the company to respond to its customers.
I hope the Lusha team will review this case and provide a fair solution.
Data-theft! Like to know where they got my approval from, as I never give it out on the account they mailed to (regarding my data & options to 'opt-out', where all they ask for is more data!)!!
They apparently steal your data from somewhere and then resell it to whoever asks! & then to still have the cheek to contact you requesting you 'update' your data so that they can safely remove it from their systems - pure BS!
All your spare credits are gone after a year, with no reminders or notifications upfront, and no way to get them back.
Also no support or moving area on their side.
STAY AWAY. I downloaded 25 contacts and the first 10 calls i did had incorrect numbers. Some of the contacts had been retired for years. They offer to "refund your credits" if you tell them the data is incorrect, which is doing their work for them. I got customer service on the line and they REFUSED to give me a monetary refund. Thank god I only did the $50 plan because this company is a scam plain and simple. The UI looks great and gets you exicted then it all falls apart.
I received unsolicited email on my work e-mail for "Personal Information Notice". I have never done any business with them so they have iligally contacted me without my concent and they also want me to opt-out which again is illegal. Scam business.
Harvest your details then send unsolicited emails telling you that you need to opt-out
I've received an unsolicited email telling me they have harvested my personal details and I have to opt-out to prevent them using them.
This is so far beneath ethical business standards that I would never use them.
Unsolicited emails on repeat.
I don't engage with them as it only confirms they have contacted a "live" email address which they will sell on for spam , spam and more spam.
Bin them and block their domain (if you can.)
I received unsolicited calls on my personal number. Clearly this company violates GDPR compliance. And now i have to invest time to remove my name from their opt out list.
I would never trust such a company for comliant information. This will risk compliance of any company that uses its services.
I received an unsolicited email from them, and when I clicked the opt-out link, the form displayed an error message. So now I'll have to reach out by some other means. Very annoying and unprofessional.
Spammers scraping your info and selling it on.
Don't bother trying to unregister, they will just use it as confirmation of your email address.
Good news, google already recognises them as spam.
Data scraping business that wants to publish your email, phone number and other personal details.
i have never had any direct dealings with this comany and yet they want to publish and sell my information.
Rated a one because a lower rating isn't possible.
They sent an unsolicited email saying we will add you to our database if you don't tell us not to in the next 7 days. This is a scumbag business practice. The email address and form they gave for opting out didn't work.
On TrustPilot, they gave a url to request removal. It goes to a blank page.
