What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently report receiving a high volume of unwanted, unsolicited calls and messages, raising concerns about the handling of personal contact details. People also noted that trying to opt out or remove personal information from the platform is nearly impossible, as removal forms constantly fail and links do not work. However, some customers also noted that customer support completely ignores inquiries, leaving paying users entirely without any assistance or answers. Reviewers additionally complained that all attempts to reach out to the organization for help regarding their accounts go completely unanswered and unresolved.

What people say

Spammers

I received an email from Lusha telling me that they had harvested my email address (though didn't tell me where they found it) and would use it to sell on to other companies so that they could spam me. All this was without my consent. It may be legal (some of the loopholes in GDPR are wide enough to sail an aircraft carrier through) but it is definitely sleazy and immoral.

Do not removed your information even…

Do not removed your information even after requested. Using my personal information, not work info. I will be raising a complaint with ICO. I will NEVER work with ANY sales person who got my information through a website like this, which is how I expect lots of other people feel too. Any company using this website to call me automatically gets added to a blacklist, not sure why anyone still pays them.

Illegally using my data and telling clients i'm someone else

I didn't consent to giving my contact details and they've attached it to someone else with the same name. Not only are they scraping data and illegally using it they're not even giving the right contact details for the profiles you think you're engaging. Piece of crap.

Another to add to the list of unhappy…

Another to add to the list of unhappy people. I had a call on my PERSONAL MOBILE asking if i wanted Solar Panels at work. The chap was open enough to say that they get there contacts through Lusha who take them from LinkedIn! Surely this is a complete breach of GDPR & this company should be investigated!

Lusha is not to be trusted

Lusha is a dodgy organisation, with unscrupulous tactics for obtaining personal contact information that is not in the public domain. They are not to be trusted, and I would NEVER do business with any ocmpany that gets data from this parasitic company.

This is an absolutely disgraceful…

This is an absolutely disgraceful company. I have been subjected to a relentless stream of unsolicited calls because of their actions. They show a blatant disregard for privacy and appear to exploit loopholes to evade GDPR protections. I never requested any of this, yet they now expect me to opt out of something I never agreed to in the first place. I have no trust whatsoever in this organisation, which is precisely why I refuse to confirm their SMS two-factor authentication. Their practices raise serious concerns about what they do with people’s data behind the scenes. It is clear that their primary goal is to harvest personal information for profit. I sincerely hope regulators take legal action, impose heavy fines, and shut this company down for its flagrant abuse of consumer rights.

Feeder of information to scam businesses

Next time you get a scam call, ask them where they got your number from. Guarantee it’s Lusha.com, absolute bottom feeder business selling cots to details to scammers. Can only hope they go out of business soon. Employees of Lusha should be ashamed of themselves.

Would score them zero if I could

Would score them zero if I could. They have got hold of my personal phone number from somewhere (I have never used it for work purposes) and are now selling it, in clear breached of their, so called, Privacy Policy. I've contacted them to have it removed and been told that will take up to 30 days!

They have stolen my personal phone…

They have stolen my personal phone number from somewhere (it’s not attached to my linkedin or anything for work) and I am getting hundreds of spam sales calls who have informed me they got my details from here. The removal form doesn’t work and there is no direct email or complaints line on the internet.

I've made many GDPR right to be…

I've made many GDPR right to be forgotten requests to this company who steal my data and sell it. As soon as its deleted, they re-steal it and I get more calls of harassment. Their defense is because they deleted my data they didn't have me on the list so they just re-stole and re-sold the list.

Received a text from this company

Received a text from this company, who acquired my number (in a GDPR region) without my permission. Text said "Your business contact information is processed by Lusha Systems Inc." So someone either gave my number to them, or they skimmed it from some source illegally, because it isn't publicly available. Their source phone number just says "Lusha", which shouldn't be legal. I initially thought it was a scam and reported the message as junk, but after I saw an ad onine, I decided to try the opt-out process. They require me to give both my phone and email, so they are collecting even more data. Their policy says they will retain this ("archive") for 7 years. There is no way for me to protest this, so either I do nothing, and know that they have my number and will use it for their customers' marketing campaigns, or they will also have my email, and I have to hope they obey the law. I smell a class-action suit brewing. If you are a potential customer, you should think very seriously before using such a service, and be prepared to get plenty of GDPR notices.

Lusha have shared my personal phone…

Lusha have shared my personal phone number to who knows how many businesses. I have opted out via the telephone preference service as well as following their lengthy opt out process, yet I am still receiving calls so they are breaching GDPR requirements as flagged by everyone else giving them a 1 star rating.

0 stars if I could

0 stars if I could. This is a scammy, spammy organisation who steals your data illegally, then requires you to put even more data into their database 'so they can suppress it.' There's no way this is GDPR compliant, but since they're based in the US (ostensibly), it's nearly impossible to do anything about it.
