What reviewers say
AI generated
Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently report receiving a high volume of unwanted, unsolicited calls and messages, raising concerns about the handling of personal contact details. People also noted that trying to opt out or remove personal information from the platform is nearly impossible, as removal forms constantly fail and links do not work.
However, some customers also noted that customer support completely ignores inquiries, leaving paying users entirely without any assistance or answers. Reviewers additionally complained that all attempts to reach out to the organization for help regarding their accounts go completely unanswered and unresolved.

Legitimate Interest does not = right to harvest my personal number without consent - and sell it
To echo other users, I have been receiving a high volume of wholly unsolicited calls to my personal mobile. I have never provided content for it to be used for ANY marketing/sales purpose.
In the last 6 weeks, I have been getting random calls - all irrelevant - and when asked where my number came from - Lusha is the answer.
This is flagrant abuse of GDPR, and to anyone else impacted report directly to the ICO if in the UK.
When it works its ok. But its often buggy and when you reach out to support, during normal business hours, no one responds.
When dealing with support, the answers were not transparent (if you have a bug just say you have a bug).
Lusha, cuts to the chase so to speak. Allowing you as a Business Developer to ensure you have the straightest, quickest path to having a conversation with a Decision Maker. Its as simple as that. Why is this important? It reduces your sales cycle length by approximately 40%. That is my personal estimate. Put a seasoned person without Lusha beside me, they will make triple the calls, triple the noise and get 40% less traction than me. Example: They would need to make 175 calls to my 100 to get even a half of my meetings. Good luck without Lusha.
They're leeches on society offering no real value other than to take other peoples data without their consent, selling it on to companies so they can cold call you.
Tired of receiving work related sales calls on a daily basis on my person phone number. This scamming company is making money from my data - they never asked me to collect or retain my personal information.
LUSHA IS THE WORST! They make up emails that don't exist
They make up emails that don't exist! I am so tired of receiving spam emails from Lusha customers who are being deceived. I have a catch-all setup in my email, meaning that any email for my domain is received by me. Every other day I receive a new email to a new email address on my domain and the names are totally made up. There is no Chris, no Tanashia, no Ryan, no Brad. It is all made up!!
Lusha are scammers and they won't even honor my request to stop doing that. Makes me so mad. Please boycott Lusha.
You are wasting your money if you even think of using their services.
What's worse than your average spammer/scammer? A spam-enabling business pretending to be a legitimate company. I can only guess that anyone who gives Lusha—horrible name!—a positive rating is either a bot, a fake reviewer, or a proud spammer/scammer. I'd be ashamed to tell anyone I work for this scam outfit. Some people have no shame, apparently.
All of a sudden being inundated to my personal number with sales calls from people from Linkedin. When asking them how they got my number they have 1 thing in common. Lusha.
Linkedin have confirmed that no phone number is publically available. So will likely go legal with this clear data breach. And before you message me back with the "we take privacy very seriously", save it!
Poor data, no guarantee on data quality. No refund on lost credits. They hit you immediately with another expensive plan, to be advanced for a year. Having sales support on the line, no commercial attitude whatsoever.
BAD DATA, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. The data I got from this platform was hardly accurate. They have an autorenewal policy in the fine print and require a far in advance notice to cancel. Stopped using the platform due to inaccurate data, didn't think to cancel, and they hit me with another year's charge and would not work with me on it. SCAM
I keep getting phone calls on my personal line - all from salespeople with incorrect information. Lusha doesnt appear to be GDPR compliant as - in my experience with the company’s customers - it sets its customers up with incorrect info
Their claim of ‘legitimate interest’ as a GDPR justification is laughable and would not stand up to scrutiny. The calls I receive often are telling me that I ‘manage teams in South Africa’. This isn’t even remotely true - I don’t manage anyone. There is no legitimate interest in this company’s services, nor am I interested in having explicitly business-related calls come through to my personal number

My number is private. I have been careful not to list it ANYWHERE, where I am required to give a number I religiously OPT OUT of any marketing or publishing of my number. Please explain to me how it is I am getting multiple calls a week from sales agents who have my details from the Lusha extension. This is clearly a breach of GDPR and data protection laws.

Scam. I ordered a product on March 23, 2025, it now May 30th. I've never received the product and they refused to refund my money.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
At Lusha, we don’t ship physical products, as we are a digital platform offering B2B data and sales solutions. It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding or possibly a mix-up with another service. However, if you did make a payment through our platform and have not received access to the product or a refund, that’s certainly not the experience we aim to deliver.
Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order details or the email used during the purchase so we can investigate this urgently and resolve it for you.
We’re here to help and want to make this right.
