Buyer beware if you ever need customer service.
I have purchased multiple 20-inch wigs from LUVME this year. My most recent 20-inch wig was materially different from my previous purchases.
I contacted customer service the same day it arrived. Instead of resolving the issue, they requested a new piece of evidence in nearly every email. I complied every time by providing comparison photos, ruler measurements, screenshots of my previous purchases, and even cutting a sample of hair because they instructed me to do so.
After days of back-and-forth, my issue still wasn’t resolved, and I was eventually sent an automated delay email on the same thread we’d need communication on, clearly in order to close the issue. I ultimately had to open a PayPal dispute.

I love the wig I just purchased. The hair is so beautiful, soft and human. The length is true to size and the curls are lovely. It’s a little too big for small heads like mine. I would actually order more wigs if they had small sizes. Bummer!

Though there was picture evidence of the package being delivered, I believe it was stolen from our delivery driver, as I immediately came to check where it was. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of two bundles of your Burmese Curly extensions
Upon receiving the package, I was incredibly disappointed by the actual amount of hair included in each bundle. The bundle size is significantly smaller than expected for the price point.
Furthermore, your website does not indicate how many bundles are required for a full-head installation. This crucial information was completely missing from the product description, which I found to be highly misleading. Because of the lack of transparency and the sparse amount of hair provided, I am unable to complete my planned style with what I purchased.
As a result of this experience, I will not be purchasing from your company again.
