I just did an international plan recharge for 6 month which is $81.00 and i have not received the recharge on my number +13466304115 please grt back to me or refund my money
It was a seamless experience. I was able to install the eSim in a jiffy.
No way to contact customer service. For renewing the plan there is a bug in the system which does not allow renewing in the same long term plan. I have to switch between 3 months and 6 months to avoid rejection of renewal

You didn’t ask me to transfer my number. I have no way of signing into the app or there’s no email on how to transfer my number for my current subscriber to lyca mobile.
I have not received my esim card and its been 15min since I made my purchase. When I called customer service i was to just wait longer that it would come and if it hadn't in a hour then to call back and then they would look into it.
