With natural curly hair that tends to be coarse and very dry, I have found the hair routine that's changed the health and look of my curls completely. I started out with the advanced hydrating shampoo/condition and a weekly deep condition treatment. I also treat my hair with the Rejuveniqe oil that has helped in so many ways. I moved into the IR Clinical system for hair growth and thickness. I have not been disappointed. My curls show much more of their actual length. Other products I have tried, the freshen curl spray, it does a great job for those gotta run days. The hairspray is nice, I don't use it too often. Overall Monat is a hair changer for the good. Well worth investing and switching off store brands. Not to mention I am supporting a gal trying to run her small business through Monat! Work with your gal to find what works to start. Experiment and see which ends up working best for you. I hydrate weekly, deep condition 2x a week, and oil at least 5x a week. I love the oil.

I’ve been using monat for 2 years now. I like their IR clinical products for hair thickening (the serum, shampoo, and conditioner) it can be a little drying but they also sent me a free bottle of hair mask so I use that for help. ALSO I live in a city where package thieves are rampant. I ordered my hair care on Black Friday and wanted to cry when I saw my package got stolen off my front porch. Marium from customer service helped me in the live chat and was able to issue me a one time replacement for free I’ve never been so happy and genuinely surprised at a company’s response. This makes me love monat even more now!

I tried the skin revitalizing skincare product. Came up in a huge rash was burning my face. The only product i used 120ml 4floz $70 TO HAVE THIS? A JOKE IT WAS IMMEDIATE UPON PUTTING ALL OVER MY FACE NECK. Burning my face was like sunburn. Washed off 5 minutes later ONE MONTH TO RETURN? NOT LONG. IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO START USING THE PRODUCTS. I had a mixed experience. Initially, I thought the products were working great. Even my hairdresser commented on how my hair was looking thicker and healthier. This was 6 months in. After a year, I noticed what seemed like hair loss, but thought perhaps I was overthinking it. My hair seemed to be breaking in front of fans and feeling very fragile, but I continued to use the products as I'd spent so much money on them. After 18 months, I noticed dramatic hair loss. One time after leaving in the rejuvenique oil to 'heal' my hair, I found my hands covered in hair when I was in the shower. I thought perhaps it was hormonal or due to illness, so I kept using the products. Then, I noticed that not only were there huge chunks coming out in the shower, just running my fingers through my hair resulted in 5-10 strands coming out all at once (repeatedly!). So, I stopped using the products. Within a week, my hair-loss stopped. I look back now on photos when I thought I had great hair to realise how thin it looked. The MONAT products smell and feel great and even left my hair feeling super-soft. But the long-term results seemed to show that the products were not good for my hair. Perhaps the products expired and that was the cause, but in any case, my hair is much healthier after I have stopped using them.

I bought several shampoos and conditioners. My hair became so dry and had a buildup on it not long after I started using it. Unbeknownst to me, I was signed up for reoccurring shipments and had to pay $12 to send back the shipment.

Monat is a great company. Their shampoos have helped my hair tremendously. I don’t order often because I usually order 6 bottles at a time while they are on one of their many, many sales. You have to use such a tiny amount at a time(and I have long hair) that the bottle lasts forever.

I cannot recommend this product enough! It completely stopped my hair from falling out in handfuls daily. My hair feels softer and after 2 months of use I can feel it already starting to get much thicker at the roots and it’s growing like crazy! I’ve never seen my hair grow so fast. I had it cut a month ago and already feel I need to cut it again. Can’t wait to see how it’s going to be after 6 months if it’s made this improvement already. I couldn’t be happier. :-)

Product gave me scabs , it took money out of my account without my knowledge, made my hair itchy and struggled with dandruff worst than before. For the outcome of that it is not worth the price.

Please done use this! I’ve just had 3 massive hairbrush of hair fill out and about 2 inches lost on the length of the front of my hair. It’s been very traumatic I’m not sure when this will recover but please don’t be tempted to buy. I really hope whoever reads this listens to me don’t buy it. I’m distraught and had a panic attack when I couldn’t stop the hair falling out. My hair is everything to me and I was just trying to make it thicker and this has gone horribly wrong. If I have to go through this then at least I can try help other not buy it

I ordered from the Monat Gratitude site (2 of the More Than A glow kits, which should in my opinion be one of the regular items on the Monat main site as they were before). The order appeared online to be processed in Cnd funds and I was aware of the hefty $26.00 shipping fee, however I did not count on a $55.00 additional fee upon delivery by UPS for duty. Had I been made aware of this I would not have made the purchase. My question would be why would you not make this available on your Cnd site to avoid duty charges and outrageous shipping costs?? Love the product but not at that cost. If it was offered as a regular item on the main Monat site for Canada then all of these fees and duty would be avoided??
