Mo Busheri was extremely good to work with, There were a few non-standard elements associated with my reverse mortgage and Mo addressed them professionally with patience and understanding. I never felt pushed. Mutual of Omaha's underwriters seem ultra-conservative but they came through in the end. During my process of selecting a lender, I felt bombarded with emails, texts and phone calls from virtually every company I contacted except Mutual of Omaha, who's marketing was much less aggressive, an important factor in my choice. I would choose them again.

Amazing experience with Kelly Skemp at Mutual Motgage
I worked with with Kelly Skemp as my loan officer in the San Diego office. I could not ask for a better or nicer more professional person to work with. She was amazing and led me through carefully every step of the way always taking the time to explain all aspects. If I had any questions, they were answered promptly by email, text or phone. I highly recommend working with her if you are looking for a reverse mortgage.

Brooke K was our first point of contact. She listened to what we were looking for then provided different options and explained each one carefully and thoroughly so that we could pick the right one for us.
She was responsive, business like with a little personable added in there. It made the experience a good one.
Our only criticism is on the Processor end. This person seemed to be confused and really, not sure what he was asking for or couldn’t point us in the right direction for documents that he was asking for. Sometimes bordering on rude.
The end result was positive.

Blanca Rodriguez was the bomb! She knows what she is doing and does it very well. About a year ago, I backed out at the last minute to go with a loan modification instead. I told her if I was in need again that I would call her. Well a year later, I did call her. She pushed me through and in record time! It took about 3 weeks and we closed! I am extremely happy with her and Mutual Of Omaha! I recommend highly!

We studied the reviews for reverse mortgages and the most highly rated was Mutual of Omaha. We called them and Michael Hermann became our contact.
From start to finish, Michael was there for us. He answered the phone immediately if possible or returned our calls ASAP. He guided us through a process that is both time consuming and thorough with great patience.
We ended up receiving our mortgage in good order and are very happy with both Michael and Mutual of Omaha.
We highly recommend this company for anyone considering a reverse mortgage and if possible request Michael for your contact person. It was a retirement game changer for us.
