I’ve used Zillion Insurance twice, and both experiences have been great. Their customer service is excellent and makes the process easy. Most recently, Jennifer helped me insure my watch and quickly corrected inaccurate information on my file without any effort on my part. She was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Jennifer was an amazing concierge and not often do I feel that good getting off the phone w customer support for such a little thing as an address change but she crushed it on the make a client feel good. Had to write a review. Awesome service.

This was our first claim with Zillion. The claims process was done online and very simple. Zillion coordinated with the jeweler where we bought the item. They ordered the replacement which had to be made.
My concerns about having a real person on the Zillion side communicate with us was immediately allayed. Special shout-out to Tabby who rode heard on the process from start to finish. She even checked-in after we got the new earring to see if we were satisfied!
Can’t say enough about how good these folks are. My wife was sure that we were talking to a bot! I can assure you that’s not the case.
I should add that the process of adding an item to the policy purchases at a participating dealer is an automatic breeze. Any hesitance about using Zillion instead of my homeowners policy was misplaced.
