Deceptive billing — avoid. I bought what was advertised as a $1 app. During checkout there were hidden, pre-selected boxes I never knowingly agreed to, and days later I was charged $39 for a subscription I never wanted. When I asked for a refund straight away, support refused, claiming the terms were “clearly presented.”
They were not clearly presented — they were deliberately buried. This is a textbook dark-pattern subscription trap, and the hundreds of identical complaints here prove I’m not an isolated case. Charging people through hidden checkboxes and then hiding behind “it was in the terms” is not an honest way to run a business.
I want a full refund of the $39 and my subscription cancelled. I’m also raising a chargeback with my bank and reporting the practice. I’d strongly warn anyone tempted by the “$1” offer to stay away.

I had a very frustrating experience with this service. They charged me $39, but I never even used the service. The initial $1 fee seemed appealing, but it turned out to be misleading. I felt completely let down by their customer service, which was uncarer. I wouldn't recommend trusting company.

If there was no stars I would pick that option for my feedback. I recently purchased their special offer course for $1. The days later they charged me $39 dollars. I’m not new to sign ups via internet but it was not obvious that this was a part of subscription. So of course they refused to refund. I am still very angry about this poor business model

Instructor was lovely. Well-spoken, clear, empathetic and responsive. I was weary of the session because that's what trauma does to a person, makes them weary of everything. Of course the session couldn't remove the trauma, it's not meant to, but it did give an opening eye that it would be a safe place to put down the load for a little bit if nothing else. It was the session I didn't realize I needed until the moment I was in it and I could feel the weight subside. It lead me to also ask myself the question - did I really want to keep carrying that weight and why? Things years of therapy had never asked of me before. I am grateful for this lesson and the space to hold a person safely it provides. Thank you

First they charged me 1$ and after 3 days, without my authorisation 49$. There was an info about 14 days money back during 1$ payment
I’ve sended an email immediatly, to cancel subscription and to get my money back. They rejected my request. Thanks to my bank I’ve received my money back during Chargeback procedure.

I highly recommend this platform; most of the courses are very interesting and motivating—especially the dance and osteopathy ones, which are very comprehensive. There are a few courses that lack lessons or accompanying materials, but I’m sure they will improve.

Be careful with their shady practices. They offer so called single course for a cheap price. I first thought it is "only" a way for further email marketing so didn't pay enough attention to the hidden added free subscription trial. After 7 days they charge you 39usd, in my case it was 47 without any explanation. Definitely not a trustworthy business.

They steal your money through unauthorised payments
I paid a one off payment for a course and the next thing I know they’ve taken have taken an unauthorised subscription fee of $39 out of my account. Extremely angry about this and want them to refund this asap.

I had canceled my subscription but was still charged. I emailed customer service informing them that I am currently fleeing a DV situation and needed them to refund my $39.00 and ensure my subscription was canceled. They refused to refund the money.
