Just be very careful, the whole business model is seemingly built on enticing you in with a $1 offer and then within a week you've a $40 monthly bill. And a really hard line "as per our T&Cs" response from various customer service reps. I really don't know who any of these 4&5 star reviews spoke to. Just leaves you feeling ripped off, not a happy customer. You expect better these days, this feels like the 90s ;)

$1 offer led to an Unexpected $39 Monthly Subscription
I recently experienced back pain and came across Newmindstart’s ad on a Facebook Reel offering stretches and exercises to help with back pain for just $1.
The ad I saw did not clearly mention a trial period or that I would be signing up for a monthly subscription. I purchased the $1 exercise program, and three days later I was charged $39 for a monthly subscription.
I contacted Newmindstart and asked for a refund, explaining that I was not aware of the trial period or subscription. Unfortunately, they refused to refund me, saying that once the subscription is activated, the payment is non-refundable.
After looking through the reviews here, I see that other customers have reported similar experiences. Newmindstart, there’s no need to respond with the same explanation you’ve given to other complaints.
In my opinion, the $1 advertisement is misleading because the subscription terms were not clear to me at the time of purchase. Please be very careful before purchasing this $1 offer and make sure you understand exactly what you are signing up for.

Thought this would be just another rip off. BUT it is not! The OsteoYoga for neck is so good!!!! I am nearly 80 years old with constant neck pain. But now this is FIXINGit. unbelievable. I only bought the one course. I will consider looking at others later. If you get the free 7 days remember to unsubscribe I wrote them and they were willing to lower the price. but I still declined.however I have the course always And can subscribe at a later date. This is legit and the yoga is really good.
