My pet clippers stopped working just…
My pet clippers stopped working just three weeks after the warranty expired. Customer service initially offered me 50% off a new set, which I wasn’t thrilled about, but after some back-and-forth, they ultimately sent me a replacement at no charge. I really appreciate that they listened and worked with me to find a solution. It took a little persistence on my end, but in the end they made it right, and I’m happy with the customer service and the resolution. I’m looking forward to getting plenty of use out of the new set! Sue was kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the process, and I’m really glad I had her as my representative. She made the experience much easier and was great to work with. I really appreciate her help and the fact that they ultimately took care of the issue!

I received quick and satisfying customer service. When my cats water fountain broke down, got in touch with Oneisall company to resolve the issue and i got in touch with Sue, and she got my product sent over to me very quickly. Yes, i had to dig in cos' i got it from amazon website, but resolved this in very positive way. Thank you Sue for sending me new fountain and my cats are happy again.

My product broke halfway through…
My product broke halfway through grooming my dog! I had to switch to the smaller, face groomer to try and finish her up. I reached out to customer service since it was still under warranty and was connected with Sue! She was very prompt and helpful in getting us a whole new grooming set, free of charge! Sue has been so helpful the entire process! I believe it was a fluke the spring broke on the normal grooming head, as the rest of the equipment still works fine! I will definitely order from them for all of my pet grooming needs! Thank you Sue!

My initial dog clipper did not work upon arrival. I contacted the company and provided a thorough explanation and video of the issue. I was contacted promptly by the company. Customer Service evaluated the issue and very quickly sent me a replacement clipper with a very fast delivery service. I am very pleased and love my new clipper. With a dog with a heavy double-coat and some mats, the Oneisall pro clipper did a great job and at a very reasonable price.
