Received damaged product and no response from customer service after multiple attempts
When I received the photo blanket I ordered, there were big white lines running down it (as if the blanket had wrinkled during printing). I immediately contacted the customer support email describing the issue and including pictures. I got no response, so I tried a few days later, and then again a few days after that. I then tried to contact them through their website portal in case my emails weren't going through for some reason and still got no response. I am going to have to initiate a chargeback with my cc company, and not only is this a pain in the neck, I'm now not going to have a gift in time for the party I needed it for.
I ordered two personalized mugs as Mother's Day gifts. They were both perfect except when one of the gifts was opened, one of the mugs had a chip on the rim. The ordered arrived after Mother's Day as expected. I've emailed them twice at their support web site asking for an exact replacement as guaranteed by their 60 day warranty. I have not received a response from the company.

I ordered 2 bracelets, surprisingly one had faded picture, the other just an out of the other picture. Was requested to upload copies if the bracelets numerous times to no avail. They requested 3-4 times stating they need a clearer view of the bracelets, advised them that’s my point, if it’s not clear to me, how would you want me to make what you sent clear? Requested a refund 2-3 times with only another request for more pictures of the bracelets. I sent them 15 pictures of the bracelets and 4 clear pictures of the individual. If the pictures were bad in the beginning, then why accept them. Not a good company to deal with. No answer as of yet. 😡

The mug is nothing like advertised - it is not embossed or bright. I got mine extremely faded, just printed like a sticker, and crooked! Nothing like the picture design or colors or quality.
