What people say

Cat registration pays dividends!!

Blair Hulet was a great, she assisted us in getting all three of our cats registered. Last year when one of our cats went missing we were quickly notified that she was found miles from our home but returned safely. What a great product offering with amazing customer service and support. Thank you again Blair!

I funded my first ever amazing baby

I funded my first ever amazing baby, his name was Maximo dead…. That customer service from petkey is terrible, my advice…. Don’t take that services, just buy a GPS online for $4.98, it’s gone be better, that all people working at PETKEY

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly heartbroken to hear about your loss of Maximo. Please accept our deepest condolences. While GPS trackers can be useful, microchips offer a permanent and reliable form of identification. Unlike GPS devices, microchips don’t rely on batteries or signals and can’t be lost or removed. Once registered with your contact information, a microchip can be scanned by any veterinary clinic or animal shelter throughout your pet’s life, helping ensure you’re contacted if your pet is found. We’ve reached out via Trustpilot to request your details so we can investigate your account further. Kind regards, Petkey

Like many others

Like many others, I didn't realize I was being redirected from PetLink to these people. Scandalous! $20 that could have been better spent elsewhere went straight the down the shitter.

Please be clear that we do not have the ability to redirect anyone away from another company's website. Microchips can be registered with your database of choice thus if someone comes to our website and registers we must assume this was your intention. We do have a similar name and product offering to Petlink so google may have suggested our website to you. We would love to have your pet registered with our pet recovery services but if you have done this in error please reach out to us and we would be happy to correct this for you.

I only had my dog microchipped because…

I only had my dog microchipped because I thought the registration was included with the $45 it cost me to do so....I even matched the cost with a donation to the rescue that was offering the microchip. I think it's a scam to also have to pay an additional $45 to actual use it...I adopted a dog and the REGISTERED chip was included with the adoption fee. Just seems like a "money grab" directed at animal lovers...several reviews back up this thinking.

Hello, there are multiple registries your referring rescue could have prepaid for a registration for you. Please double check the registry on the paperwork they provided. It is possible you just attempted to register with one other than the one they prepaid for you.

Don't trust them

This company is a scam! They misled me into multiple purchases. When I told them to remove my credit card information, they stated it wasn't stored even though I had to make a second purchase and did not have to enter my information. The lady (Lindsey) I spoke with was very rude. When I asked to speak with someone else she refused to connect me, told me they weren't there, would not give them a message. Basically I had to speak with her and there were no other options. Run as far away from this company as you can.

This company scams you into double registration

Beware. PetKey steals your information and tells you to double-register your pet on their site. Received an email from them telling me to register my pet on their site. I knew that I already registered my pet with the microchip manufacturer because I just checked it. I'm not sure where they got my contact, but I'm not pleased. Stop doing this, PetKey.

Please rest assured we only reach out to people that enter their information onto our website directly to register their pet. If we contacted you it is because you or someone in your family entered your information onto our website for a microchip registration. If you would like for us to remove the information you entered please reach out to us at 734-600-3463 and we would be happy to do so.
