I’ve been signed up for insurance so I…

I’ve been signed up for insurance so I do not want and that I do not qualify for because I’m overweight. It says that you don’t cover men who weigh over 300 pounds. I did not see that until after the entire process was over and I was signed up. And I am having a really hard time canceling my account. As I can see there is no way for me to cancel. Is there anyway you can help me with this?

I specifically asked for a policy that…

I specifically asked for a policy that would include a letter stating “ meets the requirements to be considered qualified health coverage” I was told that I needed to finish the application process ( which included a down payment) the policy I received is the same as the one I already have. Waisted about 2 hrs of my time, policy was more expensive by $25 and didn’t cover prescriptions.

I enrolled in insurance the first time…

I enrolled in insurance the first time and it did not go through and it still charged me, I called them about it and they told me my email was not on file. after that it took me several tries to re enroll to see if it would work again and when it finally did it charged me again.
