Founded in 1919 by Sam Plesser, one of America’s oldest appliance stores is still going strong, while scores of competitors have gone out of business. Meghan Finning is a jewel. You are lucky to have her. Her level of commitment to her client’s satisfaction is so rare. Joe (in delivery) also was a great help in resolving a small issue we had Plessers always has so many choices which is great.

Repeat customer Not Happy
2nd time ordering appliances with in 5 years. First time everything went well. This time Not Happy! Communication sucks mostly with shipping, I understood shipping was 3rd party, when I ordered understood could be a week to get appliances, NOT longer. Been a week received email stating with in next 10 days. Have not received a call of when to expect. NOT ACCEPTIBLE. I have reached out to salesman MULTIPLE times and have no expected date.

Emily was a big help, items came quickly and Plessers kept in contact with me through the whole process! Very happy with service and my fridge and stove.

Our experience was excellent. Pricing was very fair, knowledge of products was excellent and all in all a good experience. There was an issue on one of the products in terms of delivery and they solve the problem immediately. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and install
From start to finish, the service to install our new oven was great. I really appreciate the text notifications for estimated arrival time, and notification to inform when the technician was on his way and expected arrival time. The technician was very polite, efficient and quick installing the oven. He also found an effective solution to eliminate a half inch gap in the cut out space for the new oven. Thank you very much for the excellent service and install.
