Super helpful
This was my first time applying for life insurance, and it was really helpful to have the folks at PolicyGenius explaining things at each step of the way. They offered advice about which insurance companies would be the best fit given my medical history, helped me attempt to correct a mistake on my medical records, and suggested a solution when my premium wasn't as low as I'd been hoping. At each step, they offered information, but never pushed me into anything. I'm honestly not sure I could have done this without them.
You advertised services you could not…FOR THOSE WITH POOR CREDIT SCORE AND POOR HISTORY
You advertised services you could not deliver on. You are very low tier agency that hunts for low tier insurers. I have 765 Credit Score and you were marketing me to very low tier insurers for people who have very low credit rating and poor history. Still most were rejecting me. I guess they wondered how someone with a high rating would come to them. I now have Farmers.

Trash company
Very responsive the first time I needed insurance. When I wanted to see if I had options to lower my premiums or change my insurance, I got no replies to my emails or chats. Radio silence. And they have the nerve to keep sending me marketing emails.

Buying insurance is stressful always. My advisor helped put me at ease with his knowledge and patience. I had plenty of questions I did not even need to ask because his explanations were so thorough. Policygenius exceeded my expectations.
The Medical Exam Options were tricky
The results were great - I got insurance. The people who helped me took a long time to figure out how to get me a medical exam. I think they didn't even know that going to a local clinic that is not an Exam One location was a potential outcome. If I had known that up front I would have moved much faster without exploring other options at the same time. Instead I was pretty discouraged by seeing "There are no exam locations in your area."
