Horrible customer service but great products. The products transform your skin and it is worth the money. The personalized survey truly helps target your skin concerns and addresses them better than any high end skin care line that generically pumps out products that don’t address all of your specific concerns . It takes into account the climate you live in, your age, the season and how that effects your skin. The ingredients are clinically proven to work and my skin has never felt better. For whatever reason every time I’m about to get my order it is cancelled and I’m notified that I have double ordered (when I check I only have one account and one order) and the order is cancelled but I don’t get the product at all. I’ve contacted the company for months asking why this happens. Sometimes it takes two weeks to have them correct the problem, this time it took them OVER TWO MONTHS for me to get my shipment despite contacting multiple times and requesting to have them send it. I talked to different representatives,I’ve been promised it won’t happen again, and even promised a 20 dollar voucher (which I never received), and expedited shipped product (which also never happened). If you dont have to deal with customer service than this product is well worth it. I’m just amazed at how hard I’ve had to work just to get the stuff and on time and correct shipping errors.
The product is nice. However, the cleanser dispenser is broken and I have not heard any response to my request for a replacement. I am not sure I will continue with this product since the quality and customer service is not equal to the price point.

The Proven Skincare products are great. I have enjoyed using them. It's the customer service that I take issue with.
The night cream is actually causing extreme dryness under my eyes. Since no separate eye cream has been recommended, when I inquired about this occurrence the response was just don't use it under your eyes. Well, what do you suggest I use? No response.
Just received my 4th or 5th order. The pump container for the cleanser will not work. I have primed it and stored it upside down to see if it will work. No. Reached out to customer service. I was told how the pump works. No solution beyond what I had already done. Just a "have a great day" and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further issues. Wait...that issue wasn't fixed. I have offered to return it for another one. No response.
I will cancel my subscription even though I love the product. What good is a product when you can't get it out of the container without unscrewing the lid and banging it on your palm to get it out.
Been using for a few weeks now and not 100% sure how I feel about it yet. Smell is a little unpleasant but understandable since natural ingredients and no fragrance added. The moisturizer is watery and I have to use my old moisturizer on dry spots. I am continuing to have new break outs so possibly going through a purge period. Does seem to be helping with my wrinkles and scarring. Going to continue using for a few weeks and hope for the the best.
Update: I ended up canceling my subscription after receiving products that did not work for me. I reached out to customer service about the updates (daycream had too much zinc and left a white cast, and the new cleanser was too drying). I was told that this would be "noted" in my file. Shortly thereafter they auto-shipped another set of the same products without any notification. While it was the free 4th order set, it was completely unusable and not updated according to my preferences that were supposedly noted and on file. I am disappointed by the process which came to feel too automated and less personal.
Original post: I have been very happy with Proven skincare set. The products have made my skin smoother and more radiant. I love that I can update the skin quiz as my skincare needs change, and that each set is formulated accordingly. The customer service has been efficient and accommodating when I’ve had questions or needed to reach out. I have tried many luxury brands, but this line of products is simple and effective.
I give this 0 star if I could. The soap pump didn't work, the day cream made my face super dry and peel. My pores looked large and my make up caked on top of it. I had to rewash my face and use normal cream. They btr do money back guarantee.
I wanted so badly for this product to work. I like the face wash. The day cream leaves a film on my skin and flakes and the night cream is quite harsh. I followed all the directions and also stopped using for a while, in hopes my skin just needed to get accustomed to a new product. No luck for me.
The skincare quiz doesn’t work because the most recent batch of product received dried out my skin more than anything I’ve ever used. It was terrible. Rather than an apology, I received the rudest responses I’ve ever seen from customer service. That’s a huge “no thank you.” This product is subpar, as is the company’s customer service.
I wish I read these reviews before I place my order. I purchased on Sept 29th 2020. The email states it will take 8 to 12 days to be completed. I reached out to customer support on October 16th asking them to check my order. I am told that is it done and will be shipped shortly...a week passes and still no shipping confirmation. I email back with support and they said it is shipped and gives me a tracking number but it has not been scanned by USPS. It honestly should not take this long and when I ask for a refund they ignore that part and does not even address it. After back and forth I was able to finally get the refund. I have read other reviews of others who have signed up for their monthly service and haven't gotten their product and they were getting into the second month where they should be getting their second supply but haven't even recieved the first. I can't tell you about their product but their shipping and customer service could use some work.
This company was great for the first few months, then out of nowhere they took my money over a month ago and still have not formulated or shipped my products. I have emailed multiple time and they keep telling me that my products are on the way. $119 of my money is tied up in their company and I have NOTHING in return. Save your money and use Curology. They had me signed up and my products to me in less than a week. Curology is half the price and actually assigns a dermatologist to your case. I liked proven prior to this incident. 38 days with no products after taking $119 from someone during a recession is absurd. Also they gave me a huge lapse on time and opportunity to see that Curology is way better. Better products. Better customer support. Curology is just better! PROVEN seems like a scam, beware!
I would love to review their products but alas, I never received anything. The questionnaire put me as living in a humid climate when I live in the arid high desert. It also had our water as hard when it is extremely soft. The great thing is that since I had to wait and wait for nothing to arrive, I tested Truth Treatments and love them. Bit more spendy, but the customer service is excellent and the products even more so.
Horrible product (gave me an awful rash). The only thing worse than the product is the customer service...which is non-existent. They don’t return email inquiries. When they do, every 10th attempt or so, they don’t answer the question asked. The phone number is a dead end. STAY AWAY - save your skin, your wallet, your time and your sanity.
I liked my first order, my second order was changed without my doing anything (I liked what I was using for the 6 weeks) I didn't want to change what was working. They shipped me my original products the 3rd order but now on my 4th order, they are back to replacing it with different products again. They had said, it would stay the same until I requested it.
Not sure if they ship out what they have mixed and available but it was definitely not the same product. I can canceling my subscription.
Awful customer service. It takes them several days to respond, if they respond at all, and they do not address the issue.
I had an 8 week subscription and placed a one-off order since I am about to travel. I got an email three weeks later saying I had placed another order (their site says you will be emailed before any renewal order goes through, but the emails say "Confirmed: your renewal order"). I immediately contacted them to cancel the order and cancel the subscription, since I had not expected a $131 charge only three weeks after my last order! It took customer service a week to tell me I did not have an active order. I just received the box today and customer service has gone completely silent on me.
Give them PLENTY of time in advance if you need to cancel, and heaven forfend you actually need anything from them.
The skincare products are so-so. I have not noticed anything that makes me glad to have paid so much for customized regimen, but I was trusting the process and assuming time would help. Unfortunately my recent order's night cream has an absolutely vile smell and I have zero expectations they would even respond to a reformulation request within the 30 days, given my recent experiences, so that's money in the trash. Do not Buy this product! There’s no possibility to get a refund. They stole my money. I did one time purchase and they charged me again like I did a prescription. They sent the second set to the address where I don’t live anymore. The support told me that I need to send them back the set and they will return my money. I don’t believe them at all. Firstly, how can I return what I didn’t receive? Secondly, why they ask me to send this set back if it’s personal? I think it’s one set for everyone. They are not going to pay for the delivery. So don’t believe them, and don’t buy it. The management doesn’t answer me. They don’t care about their reputation.
I placed an order 2 months ago and still haven’t received the products. When I reached out to customer service they initially said that it’s being formulated and will be shipped soon and then one day I get an email saying hope you are enjoying the product (which I never received in the first place). I sent them an email and they again said that it’s been shipped when it hasn’t been. Please don’t fall for this scam. I am not sure if I will even get the product or the money back. 😞
I placed an order and the customer service is absolutely awful. There is no phone number to call and it took them 3 days to respond to an email. The way they say you have support to understand what you are buying is absolutely not how it feels. Will not be buying from there again
I was so hopeful when I ordered my Proven personalized cleanser and moisturizers. I used the products for a good month. My skin texture actually became worse, and I saw no improvement in my dark spots and hyperpigmentation. When I went back to using my previous skincare routine, my texture improved. I contacted customer service about a refund and was told that because my products were specially made, I could not return any unused product for a refund. I contacted them again and was asked whether they could reformulate my products and send for free. They told me that because I requested this after 28 days of having the product, I could not receive free reformulated products. Other personalized skincare companies--Atolla and Curology--reformulate their product for free or provide a refund, respectively. This is not a consumer friendly company. If they reformulated my products and they worked, I would continue to be a customer.

Their products are terrible and THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT... I ordered my customized Products and the day I receive them I was super excited. I started using them and after a couple of days my face started breaking out in small white heads all over my face and neck. I used the product a total of two weeks hoping that this was just an initial reaction, Unfortunately for my face it was not. I’m 40 and haven’t had acne in over 15 years!
I contacted their customer service department explaining to them what my skins reaction was to their products and they refused to provide an option to return or refund. They stated that because the products were customized for me they would not except a return. That argument holds no merit unless they planned on reusing returned products for other customers.…
It isn’t about the money, it’s about the fact that this business cares so little for the products actually working that they won’t stand behind them.

I changed my order replenishment to November but they still went ahead and send me products which I dont need. Customer representative that respond to be answered with a copy paste response. Not even trying to resolve the issue. Canceling my subscription.
