Super pissed about the over the top pricing. $62 to ship a 1.1 lb package to Hawaii is full on robbery. The nerve to then add a $7 "processing fee" is sort of the last straw.

Customer service is very responsive and too good I’d say it’s alone will convince you to come back since they’re actually helping you and not giving you hard times. I think they should increase number of consolidation allowed since amazon ship shipments separate most of time. Customs can be pain sometimes so I hope warehouse would learn better ways to arrange item placement and not make shipments catch their attention easily and maybe have some good material to cover items
