The app keeps timing out on my Android phone when I tap on the package to begin managing it. I can't actually complete shipments as a result. Couldn't even find a way to log in and do it from the main website, until I received an email that my items were stored too long and I would be charged $1 per day beginning with that day. Thankfully, the link in that email took me to the area of the website where I could finish the deal manually. App never used to be a problem, but now it's a HUGE problem and fails completely.
It was super easy to setup and manage my account. Delivery and shipping notifications to include photos were accurate and timely. Shipping options and costs are reasonable. Excellent service overall.
The response time and help navigating a missing package was really good but once we sorted it out I paid for 1 day delivery as advertised online to have it now be 4 days, what did I just pay extra for?
Have used reship for years and loved them. The UK branch is especially awesome. Something is up in Portland, however, over the last year or so. They used to be quick and efficient. Now, shipments take days to be booked in and then up to a week to send out. It’s all quite stressful. Paying for gold membership doesn’t get priority, for sure. The help desk people are nice and appear proactive, but nothing gets through to the warehouse.
The experience was great! I got the bag that I could not get in the US unless I paid a ridiculous price for it from a reseller. The only problem I would say is how long it took, but I’m still happy to with the service.
I am pleased with my first Reship experience from the UK to the US. While there are fees involved and international shipping is expensive, my items were handled with care and perfectly packaged. Shipping was fast and easy and several options were offered. I would recommend this service if a vendor does not ship to your country.
