Exhorbitant cost
Having used other European forwarding services, I was unprepared to discover there was no UK Post option for shipping, and paid a fortune to have this forwarded via private carrier. It cost ~5X the cost of the item to get it to me...fail.

Very very slow processing of packages for express shipments
I requested FedEx Express for two packages 3 days ago because I wanted them right away. As of today they still haven't even been shipped out. What good is it for me to take one day service from a courier if you guys don't process it for days?
Shipping calculator estimates are misleading
Prior to using this service, I've checked with the calculator and received estimates starting at 40-50 USD, after shipping the package to Reship, the rates were 144 USD and up. Even after shipping, and with the dimensions and weight as stated by Reship, the calculator still listed the cheaper shipping options that were not available for the real package.
