Reviewers had a great experience with this company. People frequently mention that the website is wonderfully designed, making it effortless to browse and locate unique musical instruments and equipment from trusted sellers. Buyers frequently mention finding fantastic bargains, accurate item descriptions, and remarkably smooth transactions that make purchasing musical gear both enjoyable and completely reliable.
However, some customers also noted that platform service fees can feel quite steep and burdensome for regular sellers. A few other people also felt frustrated when occasional shipping complications arose or when resolving delivery damage proved particularly challenging with support.

Reverb is a community of musicians and collectors. Very specific for speciality items. Dealing with a company and community that have a deep passion and understanding. Reverb puts you in touch with your desired audience - and that is the goal.
This Fuzzhuggers Doom Bloom Effects Pedal is Amazing. Sounds so Awesome and was in Great Shape when I recieved it. I'm Absolutely Satisfied !!! Thank 😆 yo So Much For A Great Product.
DO NOT under any cirumstances do business with this company. I recently used their service to sell a guitar. The shipping total was estimated at $57.57, which the buyer paid. When I told him I was charged $81.33 for shipping, he was incensed. I asked Reverb whey they were double-billing the seller AND buyer for shipping. I asked them to simply confirm the TOTAL SHIPPING CHARGES - what UPS charged to send the guitar from SC to AZ - and they repeatedly refused, making some dubious claim that what I was paying for was just the UPS shipping label. $81.33 for a LABEL?! I've used UPS for decades and created shipping labels through various merchant accounts and was never charged a penny.
I have this entire conversaton memorialized in writing. The complaint was "escalated" to someone else who basically said the same thing, except he actually admitted IN WRITING that both the buyer and seller were charged for shipping.
Since this debacle, I've discovered others who were royally screwed in the exact same manner. Both the buyer and I will delete our Reverb accounts and will move on to competent, reputable secondary market merchants.

NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE PLATFORM WITH ZERO PROFESSIONALISM OR CARE. CONSTANT PURCHASES FROM FAKE ACCOUNTS FOR A TOTAL OF "12" FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS & PERSONAL HEADACHES IN ONLY THREE DAYS! CONSTANT DELAYED RESPONSES WITH EMPTY PROMISES, NO CREDITS, & ZERO RESOLUTION!!!
REVERB'S "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS LITERALLY NONEXISTENT!! JUST GENERIC AUTOMATED DELAYS! A JOKE AND FRAUD THEMSELVES! SMOKE AND MIRRORS!!!
I RECOMMEND USERS TO SWITCH THEIR ACCOUNTS TO MARKETPLACE & GEAR EXCHANGE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS FOR MOVING GEAR WITH MUCH LOWER FEES IF YOU JUST DO A LITTLE RESEARCH!!!

I made a VERY clear offer for some speakers. including Sierra pay shipping. They accepted. Then turned around and denied the agreement. Avoid buying from Sierra at all costs. Btw, Reverb wasn't much help, either.

The marketplace has a wide range of buyers and sellers like any other marketplace so there are a lot of good and some not so good members.
The customer service provided by Reverb when issues arise has been really good, though.
I have over three gift cards sitting in your ether. The gifted and myself unable to retrieve. For whatever reason you just clamped down on my account. I have been nothing but a faithful and loyal user. Two stars is nice. I’m about to end our relationship.
I just bought a custom 4 string folding bass from Makeev Guitars. I live in the USA, so the item was sent by international mail. It arrived in about 7 days after it was shipped in perfect condition.
I ordered stainless steel frets, a brass nut, Makeeve’s 3 stage active preamp paired with a Seymour Duncan MM style Humbucker. This bass has great, fast, low action and a great voice! I was looking for a decent quality travel bass. This one is so good it may become my primary instrument. It compares, in some ways exceeds, my Ernie Ball MM Stingray.
Reverb is a fabulous resource.
It would come up for years when I was looking for info and pricing on gear.
Then I finally got the app, which is very helpful and easy. I bought my first piece off of Reverb this last week and it’s terrific, and I think I might make an attempt to sell a few items as well.
I am very appreciative that there is a such thing as Reverb!
