Reviewers had a great experience with this company. People frequently mention that the website is wonderfully designed, making it effortless to browse and locate unique musical instruments and equipment from trusted sellers. Buyers frequently mention finding fantastic bargains, accurate item descriptions, and remarkably smooth transactions that make purchasing musical gear both enjoyable and completely reliable.
However, some customers also noted that platform service fees can feel quite steep and burdensome for regular sellers. A few other people also felt frustrated when occasional shipping complications arose or when resolving delivery damage proved particularly challenging with support.

I’ve given it a generous 2 stars as their customer service dept do seem keen to try and help but the problem these days is unscrupulous buyers. I’ve had one guy claim a synth had intermittent issues having had if for a month. I accepted the return to find it was absolutely perfect so it does smack of ‘hire a synth for a month, see if you like it, if not just return it’. Another chancer claiming a refund as the parcel wasn’t delivered, 10 days after the photographic proof of posting proved it was! Honestly it’s like a scammers paradise. No more sales for me.

Always a great experience
Always a great experience! Honest sellers and reasonable prices. A great selection at all times. I love hunting for gear in the site. I highly recommend Reverb! Five Stars!!!
I am very happy with Reverb, easy place to list and sell gear. I know there are some nay Sayers but the couple of problems I have encountered have always been addressed timely and professionally.
Awesome place to buy, I used to buy musical accessories and such from ebay, but I don't patronize that company anymore, no customer satisfaction, no customer phone number, no call backs
I like the platform that the sellers are able to sell their products, I've bought 4 items in the last 6 months and feel it was facilitated real well, items were easy to search and find... 1 particular seller is above and beyond great,, accomodated my purchases with discounts and brought total satisfaction to me.
When I buy or sell on Reverb, it just works well…Each time I feel better about it. Good transactions for over 10+ years? Of course I'm gonna shop on Reverb first.
Dozens of purchases without a single issue or problem that wasn't quickly solved by the Reverb support team. Best place to get gear

I've read horror stories about…
I've read horror stories about Reverb.com but every transaction I've ever made on that site has been seamless and void of problems. I have purchased and sold literally thousands of dollars of items w no problems. You do need to be careful, if the other person wants to go outside of the app, then that's an obvious red flag. Keep your head on straight and you won't have problems.
What I have noticed in my Reverb.com journey over the years is for me only about 50% of the items I bought ever get shipped. The seller usually makes some lame excuse that the item fell and broke before they could ship or as of late "damaged in shipping" when it wasn't even shipped. This is a clown show... just a waste of time and ties up your money.

Hi Nucci, thank you for sharing this. We're sorry to hear about the repeated shipping issues with sellers. We'll have our team look into the request further.
Reverb is an amazing resource that I use to locate and purchase plenty of my gear. The people I buy from have been excellent and the service just works.
Reverb always delivers outstanding customer service and all the sellers I’ve personally dealt with are top notch. I’ve had better seller communication on Reverb than ANY other selling website out there. I can’t say enough about Reverb and all their sellers, except, keep up the great work.
The Reverb market place is the best one can do in a world gone mad…
The Reverb market place is the best place to buy and sell gear. International reach; tools that are easy to use; secure payment; responsive staff. Perfect? No...but nothing is AND most problems come from users (or shipping companies) that are not transparent or are unreasonable.
High fees, no customer support. Terrible site, avoid. Ebay is better, but best to avoid these types of places all together, and buy from real stores and their sites or from sellers you trust and know, instead of a place that just skims off the top and offers no value.
