Great service, love my new provider
I had a major insurance change due to a job loss and needed affordable care while everything settled. I found Samantha Turcotte, who was able to help me stay on my medications without crazy out of pocket fees as I transitioned to a new insurance plan. She also helped me continue my primary care virtually. It was genuinely a lifesaver because I'm on heart medication. Booking was easy, the video chats were helpful, and I genuinely felt cared for. Excellent experience with Dr…
I had an excellent experience with Dr Raphael Odekunle. He was punctual, courteous, and took the time to listen carefully to my medical concern. He quickly understood my situation and addressed my issues promptly. Within an hour of our appointment, my prescription had already been sent to my pharmacy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for medical care. I will definitely continue to see him for follow up appointments and any future medical concerns.

My experience with Dr Leafblad.
My experience with Dr. Leafblad and Sesame went way better than I expected. I was able to get same day appointment and the Dr was ready at the appointment time. Dr. Leafblad was super personable and very professional during our appointment. He was very knowledgeable about my disease and the known medicine/dosage. My refill was submitted during our call which means it was ready in about 20 min after call completed. Very surprised by this! I would definitely recommend him for any issues and I'll for sure be a return customer.

ZERO Customer Support, even after 9 FOLLOW Ups!!
The Doctor experience was great BUT I have asked if they have sent my prescription yet This is my NINE times during the last 10 days, with NO response! Even when I call customer support, their system either automatically hangs up after being on hold for a few minutes, OR, they PROMISE to get back to me with an answer, and then NEVER do! Don't use Sesame unless you love wasting hours of frustrating time, fruitlessly. Super frustrating.

On my way to an easy recovery
I was seen, diagnosed and prescribed rx within 20 minutes from my bed for 50.00. The doctor online seems to have more patience and time than a brick and mortar dr. displays.
